Program Overview
Our Work Readiness & Employment program is a 12-week course that helps
participants develop the skills, habits, and confidence needed to pursue and
maintain employment. Through structured instruction, coaching, and practical
exercises, participants strengthen workplace communication, professional
behavior, financial literacy, and career planning skills to support successful
reentry and long-term stability.
